The DELPHI project focuses on integrating passenger and freight transport through a novel governance model (cross modal and multilevel) and a Multimodal Passenger and Freight Transport Network of Platforms, facilitating data sharing and multimodal organization between stakeholders. An AI/ML optimization framework will be developed to increase TNTM efficiency and producing a resilient, reliable network of data exchange.
These solutions will be tested through four use-cases and a simulation-based analysis, focusing on compatibility and relevance with EU standards, laying emphasis on market-adoption and transferability of innovations.
